This is a brand new modem never plugged in. Originally paid 300 for it, but my loss is your gain Cox told me that I would need a DOCSIS 3.1 modem for my fiber connection so I bought this before moving into the new house. Come to find out I didn't need it because fiber buy has its own modem.
