The Kantha quilts are hand stitched from recycled sari cloth. They are the result of very accurate work made by the women in India.
Kantha refers to the type of stitch used in the buy craft of embroidery. The kantha stitch gives the sari quilts their general wavy, textured quality.
In rural India these kanthas quilts are offered to guests in homes as a seat or a place to rest their tea, or simply as an expression of welcome into the home.
We offer our yoga bags to you in the hope that you will feel connected to a deep and exotic culture such as Indian is.


The designs are one of a kind, due to the combination of different fabrics. For every bag, we make sure to create the most special designs by combining different colors and patterns.
Wash by hand and treat the product with love. Remember you have in your hands a unique product from India! Every bag might have imperfections. Please accept them with love! They are a proof of their history.
Don't overweight the bag. Though the different saris make the fabric resistant, it is still a fragile product, designed for a specific use.
If your yoga mat is thicker than normal, you might want to check the diameter of the bag before shopping!
We add a pocket to some of the bags, when the thickness of the fabric allows it.
