PRODUCT MATERIALS

All of our products are made from buy sterling silver, including our gold pendants which have been plated with 18k gold to give them a gold finish.

We want to be as sustainable as possible throughout every part of the business. This is why we have chosen to use recycled silver when manufacturing the products. The metal we use is produced from scrap silver that would otherwise have been thrown away. The silver is melted back down and reused to make our products. Meaning a more environmentally friendly way of manufacturing.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT

All silver products should be cleaned with either silver cleaner, water and soap or a silver polish cloth.

To clean your gold plated jewellery, you should gently use a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dirt. Please do be careful when cleaning as rubbing too hard on the pendants may cause the plating to rub off.

If looked after correctly, sterling silver jewellery will last a lifetime. We all love wearing our jewellery as much as we can and although your necklace would generally be ok, we would recommend not wearing your necklace in the gym, shower, swimming or ocean. Over time, this will reduce the quality of the necklace and it may not look as fresh as when you first bought it.
