5. DO NOT dispose of any of the packaging to include boxes or packing material, doing so will void any insurance claim

Once I have received your message and photos I will begin a claim with the Shipping Service for you. Please keep the shipped item and packaging materials, as you may be asked to take damaged item and all the materials to your local shipping service for inspection or to relinquish item to them after claim is approved. Once the claim with the shipping service is initiated, please note shipping service can offer repair, replacement or purchase value. Shipping service may require repair quote for damaged item (s) and compensate for that amount only. I will refund approved insurance claim amount once the claim has been processed and approved by shipping service. Please allow 2-10 business days for this process to complete.
