Here is a stunningly radiant Fenton Grape and Cable spatula footed plate. The iridescence on this plate is spectacular, it flashes a brilliant bronze gold and green on the pattern and beautiful green on the base. This is a classic pattern that is often confused with Northwoods pattern by the same name. By counting the number of grapes and seeing that they are aligned like billiards balls, we know this is Fenton. This color has become quite sought after in recent years. This one is even more interesting in that out of the mold two of the sawtooths one the edge became one, very unique. I have not seen that happen in all my years of collecting carnival glass. This plate is 8 3/4" across and 2" high, wear typical for its age-no chips, cracks or repairs, beautifully made piece.
