HISTORY: OF my uncles history, one of the more interesting times in his life, was when he was in Europe and meeting some of the up and coming or current artists of the time..my uncle partied with Salvador Dali, lunched with Matta...hired and worked with Robert Motherwell, was life long friends with Ynez Johnston and Emerson Woellfer...and most famously championed Man Ray...and of course, there are many many others.....As I open boxes, I am finding some interesting letters, post cards and exhibition brochures and invitations....I am listing them as they come up.....feel free to ask about any artist you are most interested in... - See more at: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/latimes/obituary.aspx?pid=154024762#sthash.GqYfHp8i.dpuf
