After plant has entered the hands of USPS I am not responsible for and damage caused by weather or shipping related issues. Please be an educated buyer! I am happy to help give tips on plant care but am not responsible for remote care of your new plant baby. While shipping your plant, she will be in a dark box for a few days so a bent stem or a yellow leaf is to be expected. But with a little patience, attention and care she should fully recover. Any shipping damages will be followed up with usps by the buyer. I will help provide information for buyer to be reimbursed by usps insurance only. If plants arrive damaged, Please Provide the seller with photos of plants upon receiving plants within 6 hours of delivery. Any damage after that time is considered as a result of the care of the buyer will not be considered for refunds, replacements, or refunds.

I ship Saturdays Mondays and Tuesdays in the order purchases are received.
If plant is sent in a cup or pot do NOT take the plant out of the soil/medium for at least a week. If buy the plant is uprooted before that time , significant harm is done to the root system and plant itself. By uprooting the plant, buyer assumes all risk and harm done to the plant and cannot be refunded or shipped back to seller. By going through with this transaction buyer is assuming all the risk associated
