I only use environmentally friendly sustainable packaging material, paper, cardboard, filling material made of paper. Partly I use recycled material, also multiple use possible. Old packaging gets new life by reusing existing packaging. Easy to recycle.

Etching - Original Prints - Fine Art Prints

Each of my prints is dyed by hand and printed individually by hand on my large gravure press.
Each etching measures 10 x 10 cm, worked on a copper plate, the strong natural white copper print handmade paper 16 x 13 cm each. Presentation possibility: either each print for itself in a small frame or both prints together in a slightly larger frame. Which fits better in your apartment.
For each etching, the finished copper plate is dyed individually and printed by hand. Therefore, a small deviation is possible for each print and may therefore be described as original etching and unique. After drying, I buy number and sign the leaves on the front.

These original etchings produced in this way are suitable as a collector's item and are collected by many people.
The birds are available in a very small total edition of only 11 pieces in classic black. At the time of purchase, you will receive a print from the entire edition with the same numbering (between 1/11 to 11/11).
My prints are well packaged and get to you safely.

The etching is a very old craft (since about 1515) and has hardly changed in its execution to this day. Art and craft are combined here in a unique way.

The motif is engraved on a copper plate and etched in many steps (up to 10 etching cycles).

After etching, the copper/zinc plate for each individual print is dyed with gravure ink and printed by hand in the erasing press on handmade paper. Several prints are possible from each metal plate. The height of the edition (usually 11, 30 or 50) is on the left under the motif with pencil (e.B. 1/50): this is the 1st print of an edition of 50 sheets.

Since each print is dyed individually and pulled through the printing press, unique pieces are created that are never completely identical.
