Antique print of buy a Victorian couple

What a beautiful piece likely from the late 1800's or early 20th century. This image captures the spirit of it's subjects so well. I often wonder who the people in the artwork I find are. This has the look of a charcoal drawing but from what I understand it's an early form of photography printing.
