Dietz blue buy metal lantern with red glass

It's perfect for a porch display for the 4th of buy July. The blue lantern by Dietz from NY USA says city of LA on the base. It has red glass with no chips or cracks. The base is 6" across. The lantern is 7.5" wide and 13.5 tall (18.5" with the handle). There is rusted area mostly on the top of the lantern (see photo) and a dent in the base (see photo).
