Fast Turnaround! I usually complete the bears within 3-10 business days from the receipt of your clothes depending on the project and my workload. (plus there is a shipping time which is usually 1-4 business days depending on your location.)

However, if you are not able to send your clothing within 7 days from the order date, the turnaround time may be a little bit longer.

I will create memory bears from your loved one's clothing.

MATERIALS:
Most ideal materials are flannel, dress shirts and other non-stretchy materials. T-shirts or thin shirts are ok but they are stretchy so the shape is not as firm and nice as flannel or dress shirts. Also thin and stretchy materials require backing material and extra labor. So the fee is slightly higher.

I can work with other materials such as blankets, pajamas, sweaters, wide leg jeans or pants. But, if the materials are difficult to work with, there may be additional charge. For other unusual materials, please specify material before shipping your clothes.

***Please wash the clothes BEFORE SHIPPING. Clothes must be in good condition for best outcome.
IF possible, please use detergent with mild or no fragrance and remove pet hair. It will really help me with my bad allergies. Thank you so much!

Sitting Height: 15-17” (Size may vary slightly depending on the type and amount of clothing you send.
Legs: 6-7" long

PROCESS:
1. You can leave additional instructions or comments at checkout.
2. Once you place an order, I will send you a message on Etsy with my mailing address. Please ensure you check for message.
3. Please send me your loved one's clothing or cherished material to my address.
4. I will start make a bear shortly after your clothing arrives at my address.
5. I will ship the completed bear to you.
*** Sending back left over clothing may cost more because shipping may increase by a lot if the fabric is heavy.

Please note that any shipping delays caused by the courier is out of my control.

Number of clothes needed for one bear:

Adult clothes:
Small, Medium, Short Sleeve Large: 2 items
Long Sleeve Large, X-Large: 1 item

Onesies and baby clothes:
0-3 months: 5-6 items
6-12 months: 4-5 items
18-24 months: 3-4 items
Children's clothing: 2-4 items

Shipping:
Most items via USPS priority mail. Some bulk orders via UPS ground
Tracking info will be sent once the finished item is shipped.
