An interpretation of the historical, psychological, philosophical, and scientific backgrounds of modern art. Leather-like textured red hardcover books with Gold Gilt lettering and designs. As the volumes go up the red gets a bit deeper in color which is intentional by the publisher. Books are internally very clean with tanning of the pages. No pages bent in half or missing pages. Outside of buy the book has minimal wearing along the edges. Nice set of books with lots of information and great images.
