+this hospital door hanger is 16 1/2" diameter on 1/4" oak plywood + attached with wire. the info circles have jute that is tied onto the wire. they can be easily removed.

+the background is dark stained. i can stain it in a lighter color, upon request! first name is in big, black (gray or navy) cursive with white pop paint over the letters. the second name is in small, white uppercase print. info circle: white background with black lettering.

+I can mix + match buy any colors and absolutely do different background colors, first names, info tags, etc... just send me a message or leave any changes in notes to seller!.
