We ship Monday - Wednesday with 2 day shipping only. Our seamoss gel is shipped in an insulted bag with cold packs during warm/hot seasons. During colder months we do not ship cold packs.

Directions: Take 2 tablespoons daily in juices/smoothies/food/coffee/teas/coconut water or you can take it by itself (it has an ocean taste with the consistency of applesauce). Directions will be on the back of the seamoss gel as well.
