This is a striking red limited edition 10 inch long vintage Skipper Junior Contender pond buy yacht in superb ex shop stock condition. This yacht was manufactured in the mid 1990's the hull is finished in gloss red and is resplendent with a blue and yellow "Skipper " printed main sail. These little boats perform very well on the water providing many hours of fun. Skipper yachts are now no longer in production, this item was originally manufactured by Skipper.
This little yacht has seen no use and the hull but the sails are virtually perfect but this super little yacht is in very good overall boxed condition. The box has a coloured seaside insert behind the boat creating a nice display. Sadly the box has seen a bit of wear and is slightly squashed.
Both sails on the Skipper yacht can be adjusted by sliding a small bowsie found on the deck to slacken or tighten the rigging, this enables you to make the most of the prevailing wind conditions at the time of sailing. The sails are manufactured from pink printed waterproof ripstop fabric.
This superb little vintage sailing yacht is now ready to sail on the yacht pond but the "Skipper Junior Contender" will make a great statement in any hallway, bathroom, library or living room.
This yacht would make the perfect gift.
