Beautiful antique, Victorian cut glass decanter with a silver metal top (either silver plate or pewter but not buy marked). The light reflection from the Diamond point glass is spectacular. And the band of floral detail on the top is just lovely.

No chips, breaks, or cracks. In very good antique condition.
