1920s Dragon Brooch, Small Edwardian Dragon Pin, Antique Brooch, Nouveau Serpent Brooch, 1910s Pin, BONUS buy of Bib to Wear Brooch as Necklace

Very old dragon brooch. 1920s or earlier and I don't know much of its provenance or the materials from which it was made. The slightly raised, figural dragon looks like it may be enamel and gold, though. There is a mark on the underside but I don't know what it signifies (See last photo). Please advise me if you recognize the mark. The pin is 1 and 1/4" in diameter and is domed with a height of around a quarter of an inch.

BONUS GIFT is a handmade fine wool bib necklace. The bar of the brooch sits between the layers of the necklace. There is a double fused layer buy of fabric at the front to support the weight of the pin plus a back lining layer with the name of the designer (me) at the back. The bib closes with a loop over a pretty golden button. You can easily remove the brooch from the bib and wear it on its own or replace it with another if that suits your mood and attire. A one-of-a-kind look. These brooch necklaces look particularly stunning when worn on black.
