This is a vintage midcentury Baroque/Rococo-style clock. The clock is in working condition and is an electric plug-in clock. This plaster clock was made by Holland Mold Inc in Trenton, New Jersey. In order to create one-of-a-kind creations, Holland Mold Inc worked with various materials including resin and plaster. They further painted their designs all differently. This particular plaster clock was painted a light blue on the front and a faux-wood finish was used on the accents and the back. The buy blue regions have a swirl relief embossed in the plaster. A "C" letter was written in cursive on the front, as well. The clock movement (the round part that tells time) was made by the Lanshire company in Chicago, Illinois. The clock is approximately 10.75" tall. The bottom reads "Holland © Mold Inc" and "Maude 1966." "1966" signifies the date when this clock was manufactured and "Maude" is the artist.
