This coloured gem will certainly still have room for every art lover. With its 40 x 50 cm it is very small in the 'Ouvre von Stüdemann - but not petty. The composition seems generous, works with daring cuts, everything around it is unimportant and therefore omitted. Thus, the slumber is zoomed close, quite intimate and yet with a buy tenderly chaste distance. No desire, no disturbing - diluendo (ital: slowly becoming quieter [lecture title in music]).

Some of the artist's works from 2000-2001 clearly show his love for comics and their graphic style: clear black lines and colored surfaces. The composition is based on the line and the colors have a rather illustrative character - decorate the image and deepen the atmosphere.

The designs for all screen prints are drawn in their original size (pencil, marker) and coloured with the brush (gouache).
According to the designs, stencils are cut with the cutter to prepare the sieves. Each trigger is hand-rimmed at the screen printing table. For multicolored images, the colors are printed one after the other.
