Flowers in vase, muted soft colors against dark greenery. I cannot determine age - paint is chippy, but this works extremely well with the simple, primitive nature of the piece. The chippiness may be be intentional and well sealed, as no paint chips or flecks off when handled.

No structural issues. It hangs by a simple, visible, notched metal piece at top of light weight wood frame.
