I am fascinated by Sperm whales, their amazing shape and those tiny eyes on such a large body. Amazing creatures to be sure! I made this painting to show off the majesty of this ocean beauty. Created using a 4" h x 8" w cradled birch wood panel and acrylic paints. Signed/dated on the front and back of the artwork then sealed with a clear gloss varnish. Hang this whale painting anywhere in your home or tuck it into a shelf nook near some good books about ocean travels buy and ships lost at sea. A great piece on it's own or added to a collection of nautical works.
