This is a hand buy painted, one of a kind piece. This is an upcycled base that has been cleaned and painted. Some of the tips of the dolphin fins are missing, but have been painted with red hearts. This should not be considered a defect. There may be inconsistencies in paint that are common with hand painted pieces. See the photos for finish.

The base is rubber. There are a couple of places that the rubber is base is odd. You can see a close up of this condition in photo #8. The rubber base has some weird bumps but should not be considered damage.
