CONDITION POLICY
It's important to bear in mind that all vintage and antique pieces have already lived many lives. Imperfections should be *expected* unless otherwise stated in the product description. We will describe every item's condition as “Excellent, Good, or Fair”. Because we select some pieces specifically due to their aged look, the condition scale will only be used to evaluate obvious imperfections like gouges, chips, inconsistent staining, and discoloration.

We do our very best to provide extensive descriptions for all of our listings. Be sure to toggle between the images, especially the close-ups, to evaluate the condition. If an item's colors appear different in its image, we will do our best to describe the variation.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
If you are purchasing multiple items, please message us so we can get you the best shipping cost! Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Small items are sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. For large furniture, lighting, and art items, we offer complimentary delivery within a 30-mile radius of our studio in Ormond Beach, Florida. If you are outside of this area, please message us to hold your desired item so we buy can generate an accurate In-Home Delivery quote with uShip. Furniture items being delivered via uShip will take a tad longer to process and prep for pickup. If you are located in the state of Florida, but outside of our complimentary delivery radius, we are happy to coordinate a more affordable delivery option through our own team for a small fee. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All furniture, lighting, and discounted items are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must notify us within 7 days of the “delivered” date corresponding with your tracking number. At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After a shipment leaves our possession, items lost or damaged by the shipping courier require a claim to be filed.
