FINISH:
All of our oak products are hand finished with a Hard Wax Oil to ensure durability, ease of cleaning and aesthetics.
FROM ORDER;
We always try to keep a small amount of various sizes in stock but sometimes we deplete our stock from previous orders. We prefer to say that our orders are made to order to ensure a clear and honest delivery schedule. A made to order tray would be up to a maximum of 5 working days for dispatch.
DELIVERY;
Delivery charges may differ due to size and weight.
There will be an additional delivery surcharge for deliveries to more remote parts of the UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of wood, wood patterns will differ slightly between trays and from profile images. No returns or exchanges are accepted; however, please contact us if you have any order issues.
