buy This is an adorable vintage tilt topper by Mr. Irving Originals. It is of navy blue fine gauge straw twisted into narrow rows which stack three times, one row upon another, and topped with brightly colored flowers. The style, also known as a "toy", is made to wear forward and tilted toward one side or the other. It has a wonderful veil, which could be used over the face or worn on the top over the flowers. There are two small combs, one on either side, to attach the hat securely to your hair. This is in wonderful condition, with a few small breaks in the veiling being the only flaws I could see. Made to wear askew atop the head, the measurement around is 18", and the height of the crown is 2.75" not including the flowers.
What an utterly stunning addition this would make to your hat collection!
