In most cases, we take advantage of an ombré technique in which two different shades of color blend into one another. What we love most about this technique is its imperfectness because the result reminds us that it was colored by hand.

Care instructions:

I bought one of your beautiful handmade silk scarves, but it needs to be cared for. How should I do that? No sweat. We got you.

• Hand wash with warm water

• Use a fabric softener or soap you like to wash the scarf with. It is best to rinse the scarf first in warm and then in cool water. Squeeze gently to allow the excess water to drain

• You can also add vinegar to the water to keep the color of the scarf fresh

• Do not bleach or machine dry the scarf. Ironing is allowed in silk mode from the non-felted side

• To dry the scarf, place it on a horizontal surface away from direct sunlight and any heating appliance

• It is perfectly normal for the scarf to have this earthy and rustic scent since it is made from 100% silk and merino wool only. It may also contain organic inclusions since the felt is made of merino wool.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Because silk gauze is handcrafted, there may be slight imperfections like thickened or transparent stripes

• When silk and felt are combined, it may appear as if the silk around the felt is more sparse or translucent than usual. It is a normal and natural process when felt [merino wool] and fabric are merged
