STEP 1:
Once you purchase this listing, please add in the “notes buy to the seller” section:
- any special wording you'd like added
- any particular items you MUST include in the painting (for example, a flagpole, a particular tree, the address numbers, etc.)
- anything you would like removed
- I often use my discretion in deciding page orientation- if you would like the painting created a particular way, landscape or portrait, please let me know
STEP 2:
Please send me a good quality photograph of the home as you would like it painted by sending me a message on Etsy or emailing me directly at houseportraitsbyandrea [!at] gmail.com
** Because I draw what I see, I need to be able to see the entire structure of the home or building. I can use photos from Googlemaps, other photographs or Zillow, however if the whole structure of the home is not visible (or at an angle you do not prefer), I will not be able to complete the painting **
** Current turn-around time is 2-3 weeks **
