Agave filifera var. filifera displays compact, open rosettes of broad, succulent, dark green leaves edged with curly white fibers and marked with buy white leaf imprint stripes.
An easy care, drought tolerant plant that is great in landscapes and containers or can adapt as a houseplant. Provide a well drained soil away from reflected heat. Once established, water infrequently during the hot season.
Be careful when handling this plant! It's stunning and hypnotic and I grow it because no other agave has this stunning rosette in such a compact habit. The flyaway white curls are a unique and stunning added bonus.
