Today I am offering a choice of one of three Gorham Lancaster Gravy Ladles. Three are available, two have Gold Washed bowls and monograms and one has no mono and a plain silver bowl. The monos are 'ABW', and 'P' on the ladles with the GW bowls and no mono on the plain silver bowl. The Ladle with the 'P' is also lightly gold washed on the back of the bowl. The other two bowls have plain silver backs. The purpose of the gold wash, at extra cost in the manufacture, was buy twofold. One, the gold did not tarnish as plain surfaces would with some foods and two, some folks were impressed by the gold. These ladles weigh 50 grams each for the two with gold washed bowls and 60 grams for the plain ladle. They are 7" long and 2 1/4" wide across the bowls. It's your choice of selection while all 3 remain unsold. Please specify which one you are interested in before ordering.
