Plugged in- Everything works. CD player, cassette player and radio works. Used has some scruff marks around it NOT Tested was the recording button, and the stereo running on ONLY batteries. I have tested it with the cord plugged into an outlet. Does not include batteries, the cassette, the cd used to test the stereo. Weighs about 12 lbs on its own heavy!
