Hand-painted custom face up by me. Cocoa smart doll cortex. It is painted in a cute style with a blue and yellow heart on her cheek, blue and yellow faint eyeshadow above her eye. She represents smiling buy in times of loss, and uniting everyone's hearts for acceptance and peace. She's super cute in person. this does not include the body, eyes or wig...only the cortex custom painted head. I used watercolor pencils and sealed with MSC.
