1940s Black Teddy Bear buy

Here we have the sweetest little unique stuffed bear . He stands approximately 17” tall . I cannot verify the type of hair he has, I might add that it is in very good condition. his original owner said that he is from the 1940s, and from a company named Jasper. She said she bought him over 50 years ago for $80, so I am assuming he is worth a lot more now, but because I don't have his exact history, I am selling him for a lower price . When looking up his history, I couldn't find another bear like him anywhere, so he seems to be quite rare. He is a must for any teddy bear collector.
