Each item is made to order. As a result, once the order is received, it takes a few days to actually print. The photo you see above is a digital representation. The finished product may have very slight variations and there is a 1” variant in design alignment.

Items are shipped to the address you provide to Etsy because we use Etsy shipping labels. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your shipping label has been printed. The email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

If your address is unverified, we reserve the right to cancel the order if response to update address is not received.

PLEASE understand that once your package is marked “Acceptance” by USPS, I no longer have any control over it. Please don't blame me for any poor service the USPS may provide.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE DETAILS:
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact me immediately. If your item arrives damaged, please send a message via Etsy messages with a photo of the damaged item. If damage is a result of shipment or manufacturing flaw, a full refund will be provided once the item has been returned and inspected. Refund requests MUST be made within 3 days of packages being marked as “Delivered” by USPS and returned to me within 5 days. Any requests made after 3 days will be denied. Refunds or exchanges will not happen until item(s) has been received and inspected by me.

*** If an item is approved for return the return shipping is paid by the customer and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to cover buy time and supplies used to pack and ship the order. Refund amounts will be for item only, not any shipping amounts. ***

Conditions of EXCHANGES
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your item is damaged or not what you ordered please notify me in the 3 days time frame and I will give you instructions for your return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
