REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

1. If an item is damaged DURING shipping, please note that it is your responsibility to notify me within 2 days AFTER receiving the item.
2. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back any return items.
3. When shipping back a damaged items please provide me with proof of shipping (please provide me with the tracking number).
4. If you are looking for an exchange, please note that I do not do exchanges largely because most of my items are “custom orders”.
