Antique 1864 photograph of a couple in Lockport, NY, on a large size 20" by 16" paperboard. Penned in script on the back is "taken in Lockport N.Y. 1864". I rescued this from a large estate sale in eastern Michigan several years ago. The front has edge wear and chipping, staining, discoloring and a few minor, light scratches. The back has lots of staining, discoloring, writing, etc. Over I think it's in pretty decent condition for a photograph that has been around for more than 150 years!
