Antique buy Silver Windmill Dutch Serving Spoon Flatware

Shown here is this unique vintage silver serving spoon. From end to end it measures 7 inches long and has a weight of 31.9 grams. The pierced spoon section measures 2 1/2 by 1 6/8 inches. It has buy a filigree floral pattern. The top has a windmill with a rotating fan. Back is hallmarked with makers marks and 90 for 90% silver purity. It is in great condition.
