Even though I package tutus in the thick paper and then poly envelope, your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being in the package, as I have no control how mail service handeling it. To dewrinkle the tutu just shake it holding by the waist line, fluff it out or wear it. The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfectly fluffy tutu. You can also sprinkle it with warm mist or simply hang in the bathroom while you shower. It will be fluffy again then.
