I've been taking commissions here on Etsy for over two years now and in that time I've worked on all sorts of orders. This includes things such as:

* The artwork will be provided in a digital format suitable for printing at all sizes commonly offered by professional printing companies (such as a websites like Photobox for Europeans or Snapfish for Americans). The digital file containing the portrait will be offered as a dropbox direct download. Web-friendly lower resolution versions suitable for social media are also included. *

All art commissions are 100% hand drawn by myself. No templates or filters are used and all artworks are a completely original and unique creation.

After receiving your reference photos and any creative input I will aim to have your piece completed as quickly as possible. Please let me know if the artwork is needed by a certain deadline and I will do my best to work toward it. I will provide an estimated delivery date via message once the order has been placed.

I try to aim for delivery in 2 weeks or less. Although completion of your drawing could take longer if I'm currently working on a lot of orders.

If you need any printing advice such as a sizing or material recommendations I'd be happy to help, though it's ultimately your decision.

After receiving the first draft requesting changes to the picture is perfectly fine, please don't hesitate to do so. I won't feel fully satisfied unless you are too.
