This unit includes an additional support and leg. This allows greater weight than the 8, one pound each jelly jars we have tested. Send requests if you know the weight you want to use. We will attempt to test prior to purchase of unit.

Note: when we started this site, requests were for units that were shipped suitable for painting. As such, the inserts were designed to be loose to accommodate several layers of paint. Also, this wood is laminated! If the wood is exposed to sun, rain, humidity or other adverse weather conditions, it will deteriorate. We have a modification to the original design that will provide additional rigidity to the design; please send conversation requesting additional information.

Individual Selves measure 3/16" thick(5mm) x 5 7/8"x 23 78" The set when assembled is 13.75" tall and 24" wide with 5" between the shelves...the shelves are set back enough though so taller objects could still be displayed. The base on the table is 13 deep... leaving room in front of the shelves to display other items on the table basically giving you 6 inches or so in front of the shelves on a standard 2 ft deep table top.
