Not much is known about the Austin Watch Company which branded the watch you see here. For enthusiasts, this can be the beginning of a search for a story behind the timepiece. The watch appears to have been made in the late 60s/early 70s, based on the stamping of "water-protected" as opposed to "waterproof."
