"L'heure de Lecture " by L. Bonnotte. Antique French pochoir from the rare French fashion journal, "La Guirlande," published in Paris, 1920. Many of the same artists involved with buy the Gazette du Bon Ton contributed the illustrations, including Brunelleschi himself, as well as Barbier, Bonnett, Taquoy, and others. The paper is hand-laid with a French water-mark and the original hand pochoir coloring is of exceptional quality.
