Hamsa Evil Eye Tarot Card/Crystal/Ritual Box is made with pinewood that I painted in black paint and hand rubbed with wax to preserve its patina.

I hand sculpted the Hamsa and the corners and added glass evil eyes and many sparkling rhinestones. I added the legs and brass hardware. The inside has an orient motive lining.

The evil eye has been used throughout the centuries to ward off curses or malicious intent. Many believed the evil eye could protect against three different kinds – unintentional, intentional buy, and unseen. These curses manifest in things such as jealousy, someone wishing you bad luck, or negative energy surrounding you. Anyone who feared ill intent or bad luck would often wear the evil eye for protection.

Many cultures believed in the evil eye's meaning so strongly that they would place it on cribs, houses, barns, and sacred possessions to ensure they were protected and secure.

The hamsa is often a companion to the evil eye because it too is a symbol of protection, as well as blessing, power, and strength. You'll often find the evil eye nesting within the palm of a hamsa to offer dual protection and positivity.

These boxes are great for keeping your cards, stones, crystals,runes.......

Exterior box dimensions measure 5.875 inches long, 2 inches high, and 3.8 inches deep. Interior box dimensions measure 5.5 inches long, 1.5 inches high, and 3.25 inches deep.

I always work very intuitively when I create these pieces. If a piece speaks to you it is probably meant for you to have.

All of my creations are one of a kind designs brought into being with my special blend of clay. I use natural stones, and crystals. Once in a while something else will strike me as interesting like seashells or glass. My guides are often nature and mysticism, my hope is that you will feel inspired as you wear or use them.

My works of art aim to inspire the divine in all of us.The clay can take some water but try not to submerge for any length of time.
