This is a very hard book to find, and gives a lot of good information on buy how to face day-to-day situations and remedies for handling them. Overall condition is fair considering its age of over 130 years old!!!! I did observe the spine of the book is unglued off the hardcover and writing on the first page inside cover the first couple pages are unglued to the spine. Some staining throughout the inside pages, and some yellowing. Please look at the photos, as these are a part of the description. I tried to show any defects throughout the pictures.
