buy I found this vintage Hires Rootbeer crate at an estate sale on Cape Cod. The markings appear on all four sides. One end is somewhat faded and dull. The stamp on the end indicates it's from 1958. The edges have metal strapping. It's in great condition for its age, aside from some normal wear and tear.

The measurements are:

12.5" High
16.5" Wide
12" Deep
