Product code: Kokopelli Earrings Steven Pooyouma Kuyvaya Hopi buy Silversmith Native American
The Native American pictograph of Kokopelli is interpreted in this striking pair of earrings by Steven Pooyouma Kuyvaya, who started silver work in 1974 and is the son of Allen Pooyouma. Hand-crafted in sterling silver, these earrings are exquisitely simple in design and depict Kokopelli, the hump-backed flute player of Native American culture.
The buy earrings measure approximately 1⅜” long (2” long including the wires) by ¾” at their widest point and weigh 4.5 grams. They are marked with STERLING and the Medicine Bowl Hallmark of Steven Pooyouma and date to the 1980s.
The earrings are in excellent well-cared for condition with no visible signs of wear.
