I find it challenging to describe my creations because I work from an intuitive space. My desire is for everything to speak for itself. The closest I can come to an artist statement is that when I make something, I'm chipping off a tiny piece of trauma, processing it and then replacing it with something better and healthier. I speak not only of personal, but the world's trauma. Each artistic creation, in some small way, transforms what ails us all.
