Small Antique Porcelain Teapot, circa 1875-1900s buy

This stunningly sweet antique teapot features pink and gold leaves. The main image of leaves has lightly raised little dots in worn gold. The bottom has numbers written buy in gold paint, but no makers mark.

It is small and in lovely shape with general wear from use to the paint that is most noticeable on the handle, lid finial, and spout. There is unevenness in the glazing. The inner filter holders are irregular and have a little hairline crack around them (please see pictures). These details may be considered flaws by some, but are also confirmation for others of the age of the piece.

The piece is approximately 7 inches from handle to spout, and has a base diameter of 3 inches that increases upwards. It could hold about 2 cups of tea.
