Bare Root simply means that all the soil has been washed away from the plants/succulents.
We rinse off/inspect the roots and remove or buy cut back any that are kinked or damaged.
In this process, stems (succulents with multiple heads multiple stems on a single root)
can split.

● It takes 1-3 days to package and send the succulent.
● Products are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday and are not sent on Saturday/Sunday
● Our shop does not ship when the weather is too cold and only ship when the weather is above 0°C / 37°F
● Succulents do not require heat pack when shipping unless the weather is below 0°C/37°F.
● The pictures of the succulents on sale have not been done any photoshop. There may be a difference between the actual plant and the picture due to the camera and lighting.
● There may be discoloration in the process of shipping the succulent.
● If you have any special requests for shipping, make sure to write your request in the space provided when placing your order or send us a separate inquiry. It will take 1-3 days for us to return to inquiries. Inquiries are only addressed during business hours.

1. Plant it right in the soil.
2. Don‘t water it right away and leave under a semi-shade.
3. Water it sufficiently after a week and put it where there‘s plenty of sunlight.
4. Water it once per week during spring, summer, and fall and once every two weeks during winter. The plant should only be given specific amounts of water. It should never been watered too much or too frequently.
5. The larger the gap between the temperature in the day and night, the color of the succulent will become into a more beautiful color. During the day, make sure that it gets enough sunlight or LED light and leave it in colder temperatures at night for the best environment. Max Temperature: 68°F / 20°C
Lowest Temperature: 37°F / 3°C
If the temperature is too high, the plant will only grow tall. If the temperature is too low, the plant may die.
6. If there‘s any problem with the product, please email us with a photo within 3 days of receipt.
