1.You send us the photos we can use for work.
2. We create the drafts till we get the perfect final sketch of the picture.
3. We print this sketch on canvas and then we pull it on the stretcher.
4. The artist covers the canvas with oils.
5. Upon your request we suggest the wooden frame.
6. As a result your wonderful oil painting is ready.

Price for painting varies depending on the picture size and the number of figures on the picture.One figure means one person, one dog or cat and etc. For more information about the price, write to us in private messages.

***Cancellation***
- I gladly accept cancellations, just contact me within 24 hours of purchase
- If the cancellation is issued when the item is already made, we refund 50% of the item's cost because of production expenses.

***Returns&Exchanges***
Every painting is created individually to order, so I can't accept returns for paintings, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- In the case of any defects of the painting, please contact me in private messages.
- Before shipping a painting we send you a sketch of the picture for approval and making any changes. Be sure to write us your requirements in time, until the painting is ready. After this period the shop is no more responsible for changes.
- The painting is non-returnable, if you simply did not like it.
