Solid wood battery operated buy wall clock

This is a very solid wall clock made in England.
It is a square shape and is thick dark wood with a new battery operated movement.
The face is clear and easy to read and measures 9.5"/24cm square and 3.25"/8cm deep.
The heavy wooden surround has polished to a nice shine.
The face has a distinctively old look about it. I think it may be older than the surround.
